Twinfinder looks for byte-identical files, visually similar images, matching audio metadata, duplicate folders, and near-identical names such as copy, final, old, or versioned files. Results stay organized by group so you can see what Twinfinder recommends keeping and what is safe to remove.

Version 2.2 adds a Cleanup Review Plan. Before anything moves to Trash, Twinfinder now shows a clear plan with the kept file, the files selected for removal, blocked items, estimated recoverable space, match type, risk level, and the reason each group needs review. The plan can be copied as Markdown for an audit trail.
